It was our second time placing Lulu at Milo Pet Hotel and as always they have been the best any cat parents could have ever asked for! 😸 Lulu was extremely well taken care of - we were frequently updated with lovely pictures which helped us keep our minds at ease while away from our baby. Our cat came home relaxed and happy😄
We had the best experience with Milo Pet Hotel! My dog came back happy, exhausted (from all the fun!), and clearly well-cared for. The staff is amazing and sent me adorable pictures throughout her stay. I will definitely bring her back next time we need a doggy hotel!
Great place for pets with indoor and outdoor space and caring staff who really look after pets. My adopted dog stayed there for 20 days after complicated surgery and he got the best care - timely medication, injection, clean up, walking, etc. Staff always responded phone calls and messages and shared photos and videos on daily basis. Many thanks to owner and staff.
We had a great experience with Milo Pet Hotel. Robert helped us to prepare all the necessary documents for traveling with our 2 dogs. I was not very organized myself and when I reached out to Robert I was panicking because I didn’t have all the things in place to be able to travel within our timeline. However Robert went about and beyond to arrange everything and make sure we leave prepared and on time. Without him this trip would turn into a real nightmare. Thank you for taking care of us and our fur babies. We really appreciate it!
Robair, Maria & their staff are all stars! They took such wonderful care of my 3 dogs and made AMAZING progress with their training in just two weeks. I am so impressed, and I felt so comfortable leaving my babies in their care. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and it’s clear they really love dogs. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
