My little buddycat Luca stayed at the Milo Pet Hotel for 8 days. He was treated very well and they even sent pictures and videos to me every day while Luca stayed there. I highly recommend the Milo Pet Hotel.
My cat stayed at Milo Hotel for 2 weeks, and I was very pleased with their service. The staff is exceptionally friendly and polite, and they speak excellent English. They sent plenty of photos and videos during my cat's stay. The cat room is equipped with lots of toys, climbing structures, and hideaways, and there is also a small enclosed yard. Everything is clean, and my cat seemed happy as well.
Relocating a pet internationally can be incredibly stressful... but working with Robair from Milo Pet Hotel to transport my British Shorthair to India made the entire process completely hassle-free.Robair is such a genuine, friendly, and professional individual who truly cares about the animals in his care. From handling the logistics smoothly to making sure everything was safe and seamless....i cant thank you enough for handling everything with ease, confronting me throughout the process and transporting my baby to india safe and sound.
We had the best experience with Milo Pet Hotel! My dog came back happy, exhausted (from all the fun!), and clearly well-cared for. The staff is amazing and sent me adorable pictures throughout her stay. I will definitely bring her back next time we need a doggy hotel!
