Milo Pet Hotel Terms and Conditions

Committed to Your Needs

Applicable to Pet Boarding and  Daycare: I agree that either I or my authorized agent will pick up or inform Milo Pet Hotel of my pet no later than Milo Pet Hotel's closing time, which is 6:00 PM.

Milo Pet Hotel's working days are Saturday through Friday unless otherwise posted (the “Closing day/time or public holidays”).

If my pet is not picked up or asked to be dropped off by Milo Pet Hotel Taxi service on or before Closing Time, I agree to pay a “Late Charge” fee. If my pet is not picked up within 30 minutes after Closing Time, I understand and agree that:

(a) I will thereafter be unable to pick up my pet on the day;

(b) Milo Pet Hotel will house my pet overnight;

(c) my pet can be picked up after the Milo Pet Hotel office opens the next business day;

(d) I agree to pay Milo Pet Hotel's normal overnight boarding charge in effect at that time in addition to the normal doggie daycare charge;

(e) I agree to pay all Late Charges, all overnight boarding charges, and/or any other charges incurred during the boarding/daycare of my pet at Milo Pet Hotel before or during the collection of my pet.

(f) I agree to pay any damage to the facility fee, in case my pet has caused major damage to the Milo Pet Hotel facilities which will be notified by Milo Pet Hotel. authorities. All fees must be paid to Milo Pet Hotel before or during my acceptance of the pet.

For any reason, the pet is abandoned 15 days or more after its scheduled departure date, will be considered abandoned, Milo Pet Hotel has complete authority to remove the pet from Milo Pet Hotel properties.

Milo Pet Hotel does not take any responsibility on behalf of the pet parents, for abandoning their pets.

Applicable to both Group Play and Pet Daycare Health/Vaccinations: I agree that I will not bring my pet to Milo Pet Hotel, if I am aware of it exhibiting any signs of sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, lethargy, pregnancy, or any other indication of illness and otherwise certify that, to the best of my knowledge, my pet is in good health.

I agree to provide Milo Pet Hotel, proof all of my pets required vaccinations are current, before my pets boarding/daycare and evidence that they remain current for all subsequent arrivals. Required vaccinations are as follows:

Rabies, Flea, and tick prevention. If fleas and/or ticks are discovered on my pet while under Milo Pet Hotel care, Milo Pet Hotel will contact the pet parent and notify the situation for further necessary actions.

A few of the Cat Vaccinations required before boarding/Daycare, are cat flu, Rabies, feline enteritis, and feline leukemia

A few of the Dog Vaccinations required before boarding/daycare, Bordetella (kennel cough) Rabies. DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)

Refusal of Services: Milo Pet Hotel has the right to agree or refuse service at the discretion of the business.

Milo Pet Hotel can refuse service during Daycare or Boarding at any point if my pet is aggressive towards humans and other pets in the facility.

Refuse service in case all required vaccinations are expired/ not up to date.

If the pet is Not microchipped.

Pets without passports.

Right to Photograph: I agree that my pet may be videotaped and/or photographed by Milo Pet Hotel. Milo Pet Hotel shall be the exclusive owner of the results and proceeds of such taping or photography and may use such taping and photos in any of its advertising or marketing. I further agree that my pet may be used in all media and the promotion, advertising, sale, or publicizing of Milo Pet Hotel.

Warranties and Representations: I warrant and represent that:

(a) my pet is not now and has never been known to be aggressive towards or to bite or attack another animal or human;

(b) that all of the information provided by me in this agreement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief;

(c) that I am the owner of the pet, as described above;

(d) I am authorized to enter into this agreement.

Authority for Emergency Care: In the event, that Milo Pet Hotel determines in its sole discretion that my pet requires medical aid, I authorize Milo Pet Hotel in its sole discretion to administer aid and/or obtain care by a licensed veterinarian of Milo Pet Hotel choice including test results, medical records and/or prescriptions. I agree to pay any such costs incurred by Milo Pet Hotel and/or reimburse Milo Pet Hotel for any such expenses paid by Milo Pet Hotel.

Hold Harmless and Release of Liability: On behalf of all Owners of my pet, I acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Milo Pet Hotel shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents involving my pet, including escape or loss of my pet, while my pet is in the care or custody of Milo Pet Hotel

(c) Milo Pet Hotel believes and recommends spaying/ Neutering of pets, in case a pet is not spayed/neutered, Milo Pet Hotel will not take responsibility for pet actions. 

(b) to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Milo Pet Hotel from and against any costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, or damages arising out of any claim, action, suit, or proceeding concerning my pet and/or other pets or animals in the care or custody of Milo Pet Hotel and/or any natural person where such claim, action, suit, or proceeding is caused by or relates to my pet while in Milo Pet Hotel care.

Payment and Refund Policy: Before boarding/daycare at Milo Pet Hotel, all invoices will be paid in full to Milo Pet Hotel. In case of extension on-boarding/daycare, all pending/extra payments will be settled by the pet owner(s) at MIlo Pet Hotel, in case of non-clearance/ refusal to clear the invoice Milo Pet Hotel has the right to pass the information to Georgian authorities.

Booking cancellations are accepted with a full refund if any before the pet has boarded Milo Pet Hotel, once the pet is at Milo Pet Hotel, the charges will be applied for the day/boarding.

 pet parent will be presented with vouchers, which will be valid for 90 calendar days only. The voucher will not be valid for pet grooming or pet taxi or any extra services. The voucher is not valid during festivals and high seasons. Vouchers are non-transferable, vouchers can only be used by the pet parent to whom the voucher was issued.

Miscellaneous: The terms of this Agreement shall not be modified except in writing signed by Milo Pet Hotel and the Owner. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. The words “owner,” “my,” “I” and other similar words refer collectively to all owners of the above-named dog. I certify that all owners, have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement and have given me the authority to enter into and execute this agreement. This agreement has no time limit and is valid and enforceable for any and all of my dog’s future stays with Milo Pet Hotel.

All pet owners' daycare or boarding agree to the above-mentioned T&C by Milo Pet Hotel.
